Elementa App Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Elementa you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Elementa on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions

Elementa Premium Monthly — US$4.99 per month, 1-month auto-renewing period
Elementa Premium Yearly — US$29.99 per year, 1-year auto-renewing period
Both include a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Manage or cancel anytime in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions
Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue them directly

4. What Premium includes

The full deep energy report, generated in the app
The daily AI insight
Optional email delivery of your report

Features may be refined over time; we will not remove a core paid feature during a period you have already paid for.

5. Personal readings

Personal readings are a separate service arranged by email. They are not an in-app purchase, and prices are never presented inside the app. Turnaround is typically 7 days.

6. Entertainment disclaimer

Elementa provides traditional Chinese astrology content for entertainment purposes only. Nothing in the app is medical, psychological, legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing is a prediction of future events. You are responsible for your own decisions.

7. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to bypass the subscription system. Do not use the app to break any law.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its text, design and generated reports are owned by us or our licensors. You may share your own report for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the app working but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI features depend on third-party providers and may be temporarily unavailable; when that happens the app falls back to locally generated content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
