Tiger's Eye Bracelet — Golden Chatoyant Beads with Smoky Quartz Tablet (Earth Element)

Gold that moves when you do.

Tiger's eye is the one stone that refuses to sit still. Turn the wrist and a band of light sweeps across each bead — a narrow golden line that opens and closes as the angle changes. No two beads flash at the same moment, so the bracelet looks different every time you lift your hand.

Here it is cut in large polished rounds, dark honey and near-black in the same strand, and anchored by a plain rectangular tablet of smoky quartz. A silver-tone filigree spacer sits at the crown, with a small engraved tag at the clasp end.

About the tablet

The shape is borrowed from wu shi pai — the "nothing-matters tablet" of Chinese jewellery: a flat, uncarved face left deliberately blank. No figure, no inscription, nothing to read into it. The smoky quartz keeps its natural translucency, so light passes through the slab rather than sitting on top of it.

Why it sits in the Earth element

In the Five Elements, gold-brown belongs to Earth — the element of steadiness, storage and follow-through. Earth people are the ones who finish what others start; they hold the centre while everything else moves. Tiger's eye carries that same quality in a more active form: grounded, but always catching light.

If your reading came back Earth-heavy, or you are missing Earth entirely, this is the element to lean on.

Details

  • Natural tiger's eye rounds, approx. 12 mm, polished
  • One smoky quartz tablet, approx. 18 × 14 mm, natural translucency
  • Silver-tone filigree spacer at the crown
  • Engraved silver-tone tag at the clasp end
  • Slip-on stretch fit — no clasp
  • Strung by hand; each bracelet is one of a kind

Wearing & care

Put it on after perfume and lotion, not before. Tiger's eye is tough but the chatoyant surface shows scratches, so store it apart from harder stones rather than loose in a drawer. Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wear. Keep the smoky quartz out of prolonged direct sun.

· Includes a gemstone identification certificate

Colour and banding vary from piece to piece — the light band sits differently on every bead, which is the nature of the stone, not a flaw.
