This website is operated by Suzhou Yaocheng Culture Communication Co., Ltd., trading as "Elementa". Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Elementa. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, and you must not transmit any worms, viruses or destructive code. A breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse any order. We have made every effort to display the colours and finish of our products as accurately as possible, but screens vary and natural stone varies — we cannot guarantee that your display of any colour will be accurate. All descriptions and prices may be changed at any time without notice.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept payment through the payment methods shown at checkout (currently PayPal and card payments processed by our payment providers). By submitting an order you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided. If a payment is declined, reversed or later disputed without justification, we may cancel the order and withhold dispatch.

5. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping, delivery times, duties and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. PERSONALISED READINGS AND CULTURAL SERVICES
Our Energy Test and Human Reading services are based on traditional Chinese metaphysics (BaZi and Five Elements / Wu Xing) and are provided for cultural interest, entertainment and personal reflection only. They are NOT medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. You should not rely on a reading to make health, legal, financial or safety decisions. You must be 18 or older to order a Human Reading.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME
We make no promise or guarantee that the purchase or use of any product, stone or reading will produce any particular outcome, result or benefit. Any impressions you take from a reading are personal to you.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — text, images, product photography, charts, the Energy Test, and reading documents — is owned by or licensed to Suzhou Yaocheng Culture Communication Co., Ltd. and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, resell, publish or redistribute it without our written permission.

9. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to use the site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to infringe our intellectual property; to harass, abuse or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload malicious code; to collect personal information of others; to spam or phish. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for any prohibited use.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Elementa and its officers, employees and suppliers from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this clause affects mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting changes on this page. Your continued use of the site following any change constitutes acceptance of those changes.
